Q: Why does the screen show a power saving mode reminder/flickering/black screen?

A: Your laptop may not have enough power or voltage to support three screens working at the same time. Please use an additional 5V/2A adapter to power your laptop extender.

Q: Can the extender be fixed on a laptop?

A: The back of our extended screen can stretch in width and can fix laptops with screen sizes of 13”-16.5”. Please check the screen size of your laptop before use;
